Event Description

The next autograph meeting and show will be held on June 12, 2010 at the "House of Handwritten History" located in Kesswil, Switzerland. Kesswil is a short drive from Friedrichshafen and the Zurich Airport.

Admission to the show is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Autograph dealer's are encouraged to book their tables in advance. Cost for a dealer table is only $50.00. Tables are free for collector's who desire to trade autographs or display their collection.


The first 50 collector's who come through the door will receive a free copy of the current issue of Autograph magazine. Copies of the club's magazine Autographensammler will also be handed out to those collector's.



During the show a raffle will be held three times. Collectors who hold the winning ticket will win an autograph that has a value of at least $50.00

This is an International show and we hope to see many of our members and friends from around the world during this event.

Autographs of Count Zeppelin and Hugo Eckener (Markus Brandes)

Autographs related to Switzerland (Rolf Ramseier)


Lectures sheduled:
- Display of an Autopen machine as well as technics how to avoid from autopens

- Autograph forgeries in the next generation

- Mrtina Kuhn (www.paperdoc.de) : Professional paper and autograph restauration and a guideline how to protect your autograph collection.




Further weekend program
- Organized boot trip to the Aviation / Count Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen



A large collection of Airship memorabilia, models and history. The "largest exhibit" being a 108ft long reconstruction of part of the ill-fated LZ 129 Hindenburg.
With 43,000 sq. ft. of exhibition area, the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen presents the world’s greatest repository of objects on the history of airship flight and technology, ranging from its very beginning up to the new Zeppelin NT.

- Organzed car trip to the Abbey Library St.Gallen

The Abbey Library of St. Gallen is the oldest library in Switzerland, and it is one of the earliest and most important monastic libraries in the world. Its extraordinary collection of books and autographs shows the development of European culture and documents the cultural achievments of the Abbey of St. Gallen from the eighth century to the dissolution of the monastery in 1805.
