You don't see this every day -- but $17,000?  Fair price or not?

I think one strength is that it is not an LP cover. I asked - how many signed flats are out there? It was nice just to see this flat.

There's no John!!
Hehe.
It has no exact photo proof!
Provenance has a great deal with the value of Beatles items!
I ask myself , how many autograph runners did he use to have this signed, if any?
Send a message and ask him.
Probably none.
How many did he use with the beatles guitar?
There are plenty of dealers who use runners and buy stock from other people, it's always hood to keep that in mind.
After the autograph pro and his eagle's sets, i wouldnt trust many of these blokes.
Sellers vary. Brennan collected IP daily from like '83 to present and probably obtained more graphs himself than any other single human being ever has. Runners are more for the new-era of large dealers.
