Anyone know the male actor that might have signed this ?

This card was signed for me in 1992 at the John Mellencamp unplugged taping.It was signed by a middle aged guy who has the condition known as dwarfism.I dont remember his name, his face was very familiar to me!I seem to remember seeing him on television sit coms and various other short films or whatever.Does anyone recognize this writing style??Thanks for your ideas!!
