Palmer and Downes are maybes at best.....Wetton and Howe, if that is who those scribbles are supposed to be are no in my book.

I'm not familiar with the other signatures.  But I have this Howe and believe to be real!

This Howe signature of the seller has a crash where I pointed out?

Not deliberate and there was no failure of the pen (the lines are not as they should).
