Awful looking Mumford and Sons Baseball

The eBay seller had quite the elaborate story to tell me about this baseball. The pictures at the bottom of the description just look awful to me

Not saying that the autographs are real or fake because I don't know anything about Mumford & Sons autographs but I've always wondered how easy it is to sign a baseball? Coming from Ireland you don't get alot of baseballs if any. To me they're slightly textured, rounded and obviously small which could make it difficult to sign. Obviously baseball players have alot of experience signing them so their signatures are always sweet on them but with Mumford & Sons being from the UK they might not be used to signing them and as a result have a horrendous signature on them. Again that's just my two cents but I'm still wondering are they easy or difficult to sign?
