It was sold through Gotta Have Rock and Roll back in 2008. Have you asked Roger about it?

How did you ID the auction?  Was it basically a text google search you did or  did you use another method?

I Googled "Bob Dylan Signed Self Portrait" and it came right up.

Dylan is very tough just like John lennon, id be careful buying a Dylan without pin pointing where and when it was signed.

We've been talking about the Dylan Sling posted a link to in this discussion. That's the one Ballroom and I think could be real. Unfortunately, I highly doubt that the one you posted is real. I don't think it has a chance...sorry.
