My first thoughts were no. The B of Bruce looks good, but I don't like the way the P works with the T of Springsteen. It could be a very quick in-person, but personally I would pass on this.

At best it's a ruched later signature. It's offered at a very good price by an reputable dealer, I will see if I can get any more info from him.

Yes, I've seen one or like this lately that I have not seen before.  So possibly it's a slightly newer (rushed) style on his last name. 

Find out where / when it was signed.

I got an reply from the seller. This is signed June 2016 in London.

Any thought about that?

I would lean towards authentic on this one. Of course, having Roger Epperson's opinion on it wouldn't hurt.
