It's possible, it bears some resemblances to her more recent in person scribbles. There's not much to it unfortunately, and it can be easily forged. It will never have any long term value, and will probably be impossible to certify and/or re-sell down the road.

She just finished her 3rd sit down signing last week, there's plenty of PSA witnessed full name signatures on quality items out there. If you want anything that is going to retain value, spend the extra money to get one of those.

For reference, here's two that were signed in LA yesterday, shes getting sloppier and with all the full name signatures on the market, these will have little or no value in the not so distant future.
