I was told my Kim at MEARS that a form must be filled out for the return of unused consignments within 30 days or else they will be disposed of. She also said that this provision is in the contract I signed. However, I didn't sign a contract.

I called, and I asked what happened to my items. She said, "We have large dumpsters in the back."

I emailed Troy, the owner, asking him to call me or send me his attorney's name and number, as she requested I do when I asked her for that information.

Be very, very careful when consigning with MEARS. Your items might get thrown away!

I'd love to hear Mears' end of this. I've never even heard of that auction house. Somehow, this doesn't sound legal.

having worked with most major auctions house they never throw ur stuff away some u do have to buy back ,some have a 30 day right to sell at a set minium price.

its all spelled out in a contract. no contract no deal real simple thats why i always get minium prices before i agree to deal.

there was an auction house ( name of jerk hidden) who wanted me to send around 50 peices up without agreeing ahead of  time on prices.i would do it, eventualy we agree on miniums.
