Elvis Presley signed photo album THREE TIMES

So, I own this photo album purchased from RR auction & it comes with a LOA from them & Roger Epperson. Signed on the front cover, back cover & inside back cover. With inscriptions 'To Sandy'. Purchased for $6,000, I believe this to be a good price for such an historic item, it also comes with photographic evidence of Elvis signing this very album which is very uncommon! Tell me your thoughts?

Can't see a signature in your image.
But if there is exact photo proof and COA's from Roger and RR, I don't think i'd doubt if it's genuine :-)

I was actually bidding on this piece on rr around March or so.very very nice .congrats to you.i went as high as 4500.00 and stopped.
