former eBay seller Ruhighbidder COA???

Is anyone familiar with this seller? Someone is trying to sell a signed movie poster they bought on eBay. I did a google search and see that ruhighbidder is no longer a registered eBay seller.

Any help would be appreciated.....are they legite, bad, or ?

I wouldnt buy it from just seeing the COA. No picture of the poster?

You might want to post an image of the item in question. I have a strong suspicion that no one has heard of them - at least on this board.  I have to confess that a generic COA like that isn't too promising.
