I have seen Harrison sign some disasterous signatures in the past 30 years and while the majority of them still have some key features that can identify them as being in his hand, there are those that just miss in nearly every way.

The H is the only thing here that is reasonable to assume "it could have been" signed by Harrison.

After that everything just falls apart. 

The A being as tall as it is compared to the remaining letters, and the way the A crossbar is formed (dropping so low below the base line), the stunted letters after it, the lack of flow from the first name into the F and the lack of form to the base of the F, Harrison's F is like an upside down and backwards "4".   The remainder of the ORD just jumping back into itself and dangling.

While just about anything is possible from Harrison in person, meaning this could indeed be real, this is not one I would ever buy, nor could I ever authenticate it.

If you watched him sign it, be happy with it. If you bought it, I would likely tell you to do what you can to get a refund.
