Well, the problem I'm seeing right away is that this seller seems to have a lot of big names with absolutely NO other certifications. A lot of these guys have deals with certain companies, meaning you should see a Tristar holo (Bart Starr), Legends of the Field (Clay Matthews) or some other name certifications in the mix. This no name company certainly didn't have these guys in for their own private signingssignings. A lot of those autographs look pretty good - but notice the disclaimer that the photo is only "representative" of what you'll get. Smells like a scam.
There certainly have to be better options for a Saban autograph out there.

Decidedly a better bet, though my opinion of PSA is a bit lukewarm. If you find any companies who had him for a private signing, that might be the best bet.

Which 3rd party authentication do you like? I always heard PSA/DNA, Steiner, and JSA were the best.

To me that is something like asking what kind of car polish does one like? It is the car, no? You can have the finest natural and synthetic waxes and polishing compounds, but it is the car you sell, not the shine. Some folks buy based on shine, but that usually fades and is no indicator that the car will even start. Some services provide good...service. I just look at the signatures. My .02.
As has been pointed out, the source you question in the OP appears to be one well worth passing on.

I think I've purchased only one item with a PSA sticker in the past, never JSA. I really don't like either company and have some issues with many of their practices.
I tend to focus more on the source and my own knowledge than these authentication companies. For sports, I'm not as much a collector as I once was. But, as a fan of the Packers, the primary sources I'd look to for signed memorabilia are actually Wisconsin based autograph dealers who have the players in for their own signings (including big stars like Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews) - the two best examples being Legends of the Field and Waukesha Sports Cards.
I was thinking Radtke Sports might be the go to for Saban (as they handle a lot of Alabama alumni), but it doesn't look like they have anything at the moment.

I don't get a good feeling at all. He seems to say "in person" with all of his autographs, which seems a bit questionable. Maybe someone else will have some opinions.

No, stay away from them. I can tell you those are both forgeries (I see plenty of Rodgers and Cobb signatures around here, as I live in Green and Gold territory).
Here are my favorite two places for authentic Packers memorabilia, both Wisconsin based and both have regular signings with players past and present.
