Help identifying this baseball autograph...

I purchased a lot of signed baseballs awhile back, and this one was in there.  I purchased it for the other balls in the lot, so this was basically a throw in.  

I have no idea who it is...seller said it was Steve Garvey, but doesn't look like any Garvey sigs i can find....everything else in the lot was legit....wondering if anyone has an idea?  It's on a Bobby Brown OAL ball...
