How do you add your photos to own photo albums

Hi,

I feel really stupid to ask, but how on earth do you add photos from your computer to your own photo album?

I have tried everything but can't work it out!! Hope it is not too obvious!

Click on "MY PAGE" tab at the top of the screen and towards the bottom there should be a link that says +Add Photos right below the My Photos section.
