Itoya art binders are used by many to store their autographs in.

can i lock it up? i have 8x10s

You can lock them away if you want to. You have to be careful what the signed photos  are in. Many people put the signed photos in the binders. Be careful of the signatures touching the wrong types of plastic..

can i put the binders in some type of locked box?
(i have 3 kids)

Closed/concentrated environments can do some very "unexpected" things especially when housing several disparate materials...

I second the Itoya Photo Albums, they work really well. This is what I put all of my 8x10s and 11x14s now since all of my wall space is taken up.
Do i take them out of the top loaders? or do i buy the size of the top loaders and put the top loaders in the itoya frame. i found one on ebay for 30

Get them out of the toploaders. Those are generally not good for the long-term preservation of the autographs.

is this one okay? i still wabted to put them in a safe.. i have three kids and one 2year old abd no secret hiding places small house

That's the same one I have. Your autographs will be fine in that.

What does the internal temp reach? 350 degrees is perhaps average for fireproof, and won't ignite paper, but what does Itoya melt at?
