Is my Babe Ruth signature authentic...plus Brooklyn Dodgers Sigs

Yes, arguably the most faked signature out there.  I have recently acquired this signature along with a lot of others from a close work friend who's father had attained each signature from when he lived in Brooklyn in the 30's-40's.

The Babe Ruth Signature

Various Brooklyn Dodgers Signatures I've researched should be around 1939-41 if I'm not mistaken.

Extra Credit to the person who tells me who the bottom signature is!!!

Unfortunately every autograph including the Ruth has been taped, the Babe Ruth signature has had tape on it for so long that it is actually transparent if you hold it to the light....not near perfect 10's but I think a Babe Ruth signature in itself is something remarkable.

If I get favorable opinions I would like to have PSA/DNA and/or James Spence certify it.

Thank you all very much for your input, I truly appreciate the kindness that I have already received.

I'm not good on baseball, but your Babe Ruth doesn't look like a forgery to me. Nice, quickly signed, bouncy signature. I think you'll find out it's good!

Joe Soskovic was a minor league player on the Brooklyn Dodgers' roster.

My grandfather is Joe Soskovic...I will ask him if that's authentic

Dang you Steve, I had it!

To the auto, I'd say it looks good but I'm sure everyone will start with the comments! As everyone's a pro nowadays! Anyways, everything looks consistent with others I have seen. Pen looks correct for the time period. I wouldn't be to worried about the tape, at least it's protected, IMO.

Not sure what they charge to authenticate Ruth? Nice group of autos!!!

I agree with Steve, it is smooth and flowing, and looks good to me.

I would say the Ruth is good due to the fact that the ink breaking up does show indication that this was signed fast...and fluid...not slow with hard pen pressure and shakey...I would say with all those clues...the Ruth is good in my opinion

Joe Soskovic was a phenom catcher who did not make tryouts for the team in 43-44 season and fell of into the MLB wannabe abyss. Mickey Owen kept the job for a few years.

ruth looks nice   would you sell it??

Do you want to sell the Dodgers sigs?
