John Mayer - yay or nay?

Got this poster a couple years ago on a buy it now that was listed for $29.99. Seems awfully cheap to me and too good to be true really - but I think the auto looks good from other examples i've seen - What do you guys think?

BTW, the seller called. He would like for you to pay additional money for this item, since you got it at a too good to be true, extremely low price.

That was a good find. Definitely a keeper at that price and frame worthy, once you press it out a bit.

Yeah it was a steal - I always search ebay for 'newly listed' items and it popped up so I bought it right away. I looked through my email and found a link to the original listing - The picture of the poster is no longer on the auction site but the listing is still there -

Here's another Mayer item I came across that I got on eBay a few years back. I think I paid about $40 for this. The signature seems to have similar style to this poster, so I figure it's good, but would appreciate any opinions. Thanks again.

I took a chance on 2 CDs listed as 'signed' located under the collectable category on Amazon Marketplace. Both listed by the same seller for $18.98 each plus 4 dollars shipping. They came in the mail today, and I believe both are authentic, but appreciate your opinions as well.

Here is the first one

The other one is hard to see when looking at the booklet in person because it was a black sharpie signed on a dark part.
