what does anyone think of this signed keith richards book i know the page doesnt have the usual exclusive signed edition print but the autograph looks pretty good to me though it strongly resembles one on e bay at £800 which may be the one its copied from, i strongly suspect it may just be a half decent forgery ,ive seen plenty of these with very poor fake signatures as its a high priced big earner for anyone wishing to make a few hundred $

does anyone know if keith did sign any non exclusive versions in the initial run as i suspect he wouldnt and why would he later sign a cheaper version for free ..im talking myself into thinking its a definate fake as im writing this, my minds 99.99% made up on it if it looks too good to be true and all that      but id appreciate another opinion or two    thank you

The capital R doesnt look correct. Overall its a close run thing, but either way be aware there were a lot of autopen signatures on this book. Thats why I went for the 1970s Barbara Charone book signed by Keith when it came up.

This is not authentic.

I also don't believe that this is authentic. The one being offered on eBay for £800 contains an autopen signature.

thanks everyone as suspected it was too good to be true , i didnt realise autopen was used on the ( real books ) glad i didnt lay out a fortune for one, whats the point of them offering signed copies at a premium price if he cant even be bothered signing them, whats the difference between the autopen copies and the e bay fakes both ARENT signed by Keith Richards both are misleading and both are a rip off

thanks for opening my eyes to this practice.... appreciated
