Here is a common "Florida" forgery listed by eBay seller carrollcollinspawnii

eBay scammer carrollcollinspawnii puts a blatant LIE in the title to attract buyers by saying this is "PSA/DNA A22759".

This item is NOT certified by PSA/DNA, that "A22759" is a sticker for "Autographed Legends, LLC" which we know is a bogus "COA" for Florida Fakes.

Luckily these moron sellers have no idea what a Mantle piece is worth, no one will be buying this at $550.

I wonder how many thousands of forgeries like this exist. I live in a small town in Indiana and they made their way to a local auction place. Of course, they sold for a fraction of what authentic items would sell for.

Chad, these "Florida" forgeries are being sold all over the place; local auctions, charity events, estate sales, etc.

They have been sold for years at AlwaysAtAuction.com, AtAuction.com and Ubid.com.

I see that one too frequently. Ebay, at most, will give this guy a slap on the wrist. Even if it gets taken down, the seller can relist again and again and again with a slightly modified lie.
