Mantle Forgery w/Stolen Mounted Memories Cert eBay seller 61rajmaris

These scammers never stop. Here is an 8x10 Mantle forgery listed by eBay seller 61rajmaris

This is listed as coming with a "Mounted Memories" COA (who is very reputable). The sellers goes on a huge rant about how he got this from an estate auction (imagine that) and got a Maris that passed JSA, but didn't send this in because it had Mounted Memories COA...

1. I've never seen a Mounted Memories Mantle piece, as far as I know they simply cert items signed at their shows

2. When you look up the Cert # it shows up in Mounted Memories database as this:

General question...i thought holograms are supposed to be unmovable....if you look at the MLB website, they demonstrate how a removed one looks (see below)...i guess MM (mounted memories, not mickey mantle) dont' use these types of holograms. I had to remove a hologram once (CSA shows), and the hologram basically broke into a million pieces, no way to re-use it. I wonder what JSA and PSA/DNA holograms (errr stickers) are like. Does anyone have knowledge?
