Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

Here are some current examples:

Michael Jackson Signed Hand Drawn Sketch Authentic Aftal

A stunning signed hand drawn drawing by Michael Jackson
2 coa's come with the item, one being the main authenticator from Atfal.
A truly rare item

Ryan.

Your statement would be more valid and assuring if you told us the year venue and which auction you AND Michael Jackson attended at the same time.  As I recall being a huge fan of MJ, Michael very, very rarely attended an auction. Often, he would give items away for private auctions without him physically being there.

it was in 98/99 it was a thriller convention I was 10 at the time  it’s also been approved by aftal authenticator who’s often seen on posh pawn on channel 4! So that sorta clearifys it

Can you say where?

Ryan...believe me I want to trust your story.  Because if this is real I would among other buyers snatch it up.

But your details are so vague.  Aftal doesn't mean anything to be honest.  Exactly your words...sorta...not definite! I mean if I were in the same room as the biggest pop star in the world I would be inclined to remember the exact date and venue, don't you agree?

And how it is a thriller convention?  I thought it was an auction?

Well to be honest, I don’t really care what you think, considering it’s been studied and approved by leading autographs experts unlike yourself some keyboard warrior! I think there opinion matters and not yours, I’ve had 3 drawings and sold each for over £1000.

Well to be honest, I don’t really care what you think, considering it’s been studied and approved by leading autographs experts unlike yourself I think there opinions matters unlike yours, Just because there’s fakes out there doesn’t automatically mean the ones I got Are.  I think there opinion matters and not yours, I’ve had 3 drawings and sold each for over £1000. The conveintion was in Leicester Square and everyone chased his limo a couple blocks away to a hotel which I think it was the Doncaster but have to double check date and hotel with the father later

I wasn’t in the same room sitting down with him haveing a cup of tea, he attended the show he done a speech then left left shortly after

Where? What was this venue?
