Mickey Mantle Bat Forgery eBay seller clmjmpgiants , Upper Deck COA Copy?

The following is a HORRENDOUS forgery listed by eBay seller clmjmpgiants that is accompanied by some sort of Upper Deck "COA", meaning that this is either a copy, stolen copy, or flat out fake reproduction of an Upper Deck "COA". The last I heard, Upper Deck did not keep any database to verify whether or not this code will even pull up a Mantle signature to begin with.

Well Chris, To be honest, being a Yankee fan and seeing the UDA cert had me. I mean, no one questions UDA and I thought the hologram could have fallen off over the years. Plus the fact that the original owner has a collection as big as a house with some very impressive items and all were PSA, JSA, and Upperdeck.

but if you are selling the item, you are responsible for the integrity of it. you should study these signatures before you try to sell them. some of the Mantle forgeries out there can be confusing to the novice, but this one is pretty easy to spot.
