The UACC used to do a far better job keeping an eye on members, they haven't in years.
Everyone here knows the autographs that I specialize in, and these are all from git.
Knowing that no two Ford graphs are alike, even when signed right after one another.....what can I say besides showing you these.
Every other major celeb offered from him are all just off enough.

I find your postings very interesting - Looking at MOG (Miserableoldgit) he seems to have regular autographs come up that are to my knowledge quite rare - Richard Beckinsale, Patrick Troughton, William Hartnell, Paul Walker, Heath Ledger and many more. If you look at his archive listing you will see many of these and similar - yet he is a UACC member.
I personally beleive UACC is not very effective when I see so many of these rare items coming from one dealer - also other dealers will buy from him with the protection of a UACC certificate and umbrella and re sell. I have born witness to this.
Also There was one particular autograph that was on an album page which was torn from an autograph book - the tear was such that it had a half moon shape on the torn edge - then another autograph comes up a few weeks later another autograph just as rare with the same tear. The paper of course is vintage enough for the autograph. I found this strange.

Knowing the seller, I would say no to both, but I don't see any problems with the Carrie. The Hamill is just a forgery.

I would say Carrie is fine - she has done many signings in the UK and lets face it not rare, also I have an example and it looks good (my one was in person). Hamill looks wrong to me - he is not rare again but he is expensive, Miserableoldgit tends to do this - a mix up to give assuredness - the thing is if there is a UACC ticket in many peoples eyes that is genuine - there is a comeback and UACC can be in the firing line.
My point of view is that such dealers carrying on in this fashion negates the necessity of the UACC if they are not going to police such shenannigans.

This seller has captured my eye on several signatures in the past. His prices are fair but everyone that I have looked at more closely as caused me to back away. I'm not saying all of his items are bad but I will say I would not be confident in his stuff. Now, when I see that he is the seller I just move on.

Hi Coson sadly Adrian's instincts are correct. International Autograph Auctionsthe UKs largest autograph auction house will not accept his items. I know several dealers that would probably share their thoughts if the UACC approached them. Including one who removed a signature from a mount only to find a half finished failed version of the signature on the same page buried behind the mount.

Long time man. I think you were one of the first UK Autograph guys that I ever dealt with....this is going back into the 1990's if my failing memory serves.
