It is a documented fact that Muddy Waters first visited the UK in 1958 however, due to cost restrictions, he was only able to bring Otis Spann, his piano player, with him on tour.  It was a trip that helped to shape the music of the sixties, with Muddy using his electric guitar and 'shocking' audiences only previously exposed to acoustic blues.  I am a record collector and about 30 years ago I purchased an album that purported to have Waters and Spann's autographs.  I have never had them verified as I would never sell however I believe I might need to insure it.  I noticed a discussion on Muddy's signature on this site and would like to show you these for comparison.  They are on the reverse of a 1958 Muddy Waters LP cover.

This posting is fairly old, so it may not reach you. Both of these graphs look good to me. I have a three Otis Spann graphs and a couple from Muddy Waters, They match yours very closely.
