Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. Stephen Duncan has referred to this as a 'win-win' situation. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website ( I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits( John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Damn, sold out already.
Did anyone happen to buy an extra Imagine Dragons CD booklet from Newbury? I've been working the past few days and I've missed it, they're my favorite band! I'm real bummed I couldn't snag one, so if anyone is willing to part with an extra please let me know!
I snagged 2. I normally sell the second on eBay to pay for the first one. Let me know what you think
I would love that! I'd pay for the cost of shipping and everything that'd you expect an eBay customer too! I would love to have it if you're willing to sell it to me.
Ok. $40 shipped. My PayPal is my email addy.

Does anyone happen to have anything signed by Ozzy Osbourne or Red Hot Chili Peppers (even individual members) for sale? Didn't have any luck in the B/S/T section so just posting in here. Not sure if either have ever sold anything through their official sites and someone snagged an extra copy. LMK, PM works best. Thanks!

I know Ozzy/Black Sabbath sells autographed items at their merch booth at concerts, I haven't seen anything offered online recently though.

Saxon..."Solid Book of Rock" with framable print of front cover, signed by Biff to 500.....9 studio albums plus 3 dvd's....release date: August 4th.

Got Royal Blood today..
Got mine too today, these guys rock.
Maybe a stupid question, but could the shrink wrap affect the signatures in the long term? Cause I'm thinking of keeping it sealed.
That's a question I always struggle with too. I worry that the shrink wrap could adhere to the signatures. Anyone else have insight on that?
Unless a paint pen is used (in which case the signature is on the surface and could theoretically be rubbed off) i wouldn't worry about it. If Sig is clean and record is cared for properly you should never have a problem. The only caveat to that would be the type of plastic used may not be archival (ie may contain acids that could fade signature). I'm leaving mine in the shrink wrap!
