Well I am really not sure where to post this But. After a month of waiting the "Shine on" boxed set arrived. Its been sitting on my desk and I am not really sure what to do with it. I did not ask when I paid for it but the Mr. Waters autographed 8x10 is glued to the page across from the other signatures. Glued???? WTF Were they thinking?? I don't have any idea how to fix this if it Can be fixed? Anybody have any ideas? Start looking for a better book? Shaking my head. Scott

You will never get it off without cutting it out. The book itself is not worth a ton because of the dedication and it's just a box set book so don't feel bad about cutting all this apart and matting it up with an album or something.

If Roger comes to your town get him to sign the book page btw....

Thank you my friend, Ya know I am a sucker for a story. I had never heard the 10 letters story before you told it to me. It makes me think of Willie Wonka and the golden ticket. I can't tell you how many times I have repeated it to others when I am asked about the book so for now I am just going to leave it alone and tell the story when asked and try to get Mr. Waters to sign it. I live just outside of Philadelphia, Pa. So I stand a good chance of him coming here. I own 2 other copies of the boxed set one open and one still in shrink wrap. Maybe a book binder could use one of the books to make it right??, don't know but for now I am leaving it as it is.  Scott

Well its even worse then I first stated. The previous owner not just pasted the Mr. Waters picture into the book which is bad enough as it was. He forced the book open hard enough to break the spine, you can see the thread points in the middle so even the book its self is ruined. So as usual you are correct Mr. N.Steiger I will find a creative mind to make something for me. Scott

I would maybe suggest cutting the book and page out. Display it with the Roger sig on the left, the other three sigs in the middle and  black and white photo (publicity if there is one) of Gilmour, Wright, and Mason on the right side.

Thank you for your input Mr. Halloran. I have over 50 copies of the Dark Side of the Moon one of them may end up with the cut sig's. I am good with machines, computers and have NO creative talent at all. LOL

lol, 50 copies! That is impressive! WOW! :)

LOL it's not something I really thought about I traveled lots when I was younger when I was out I looked for record shops. See one from Russia pick it up so count all the countries in the world, then there are the colored vinyl, then there are picture disks and of course I need two of them so I can display both sides. Then there are the SQ quad recordings. and on and on and on......

That is awesome, truly, I am all for fandom in anyways ESPECIALLY with great music!  I thought I have 6 copies of The White Album! :) haha (Just 44 more to catch up to your DSOTM!)

Ohhhh my, I just did it again. I can add the Dark side of the Moon Immersion boxed set to the collection. I got it on Overstocked.com for $108.00 with free shipping. and on and on.....

The Beatles white album is one I love as well. I have it with 2 white vinyl records with everything that came with it. Looking at the young faces of the guys makes me laugh. A classic record.  Scott
