Mystery Autograph on a dollar bill??????

Good morning friendly and knowledgeable collectors!

I stumbled across this several years ago, and kept it, even though I had no idea if it was an actual autograph, or just someone breaking federal law for fun. My immediate thought at the time was Billy Joel, but I have never been able to really match it to anything.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

It says Peace Ice-T 93. And it looks real in my opinion.

you know... it's funny. I always thought it looked like it said "Peace," but that made the rest of it make no sense to me. I would have NEVER figured that out. Thanks for your help!
