Original numbered SIGNATURES SUPERSTARS COA or unnumbered third party COA lithograph?

I always wondered which people would prefer? I would think the original COA that is a numbered edition.

I have read somewhere in the past that lithographs such as these if the artist draws a sketch or adds something extra to the signature it's a throw away and they do not use it as a numbered edition. Somehow other people get a hold of the throw always and get a COA from a third party
