This appears to be one of the standard Vatican Easter cards printed from the original using printing technologies-----not an autopen.  It was produced like any preprinted  Holiday card from the original.  I honestly am not capable of determining if this was penned in original ink from a digital scan---and at rare  times the Pope did write such letters in his original hand(but very rarely).   Its authentic if in original ink---Id suggest sending to a reputable authenticator or auction house who will be able to tell you if printed or original.  I was giving u my best guess based on having seen hundreds of these---most of which were mass produced printed cards....but I dont rule out an exception.
