I'm compiling a list of good eBay autograph sellers. Ones that try hard to only sell genuine autographs, and it shows. Ones that back it up when they make a mistake.
Please post links to their eBay accounts and their names. Please do not post without links.
We recently became a member of the eBay Partner Network. We may earn a small percentage of eBay's fees on eBay purchases made through links to eBay from our site—and it doesn't cost you or the seller anything extra.
All we have to do is be the last link you visit before you buy. This works whether you're buying autographs, or anything else on eBay.
These are the eBay sellers members have suggested so far to review:
Roland Brödner, german full time dealer
Mark Kirkup, british full time dealer
Randolph Thomassian, french full time dealer
Ron Dabitz, german full time dealer
For signed promos:
Warner Music Ireland (the US store also has some fantastic exclusives on occasion)
Looney Tunes CDs
John Shaw: bgfd287, doppey987, happy-go-lucky-girl
Tom Kramer's Golden Age Autographs: http://www.ebay.com/usr/silentsaregolden
Gary Brucato's Classic Entertainment Autographs: http://www.ebay.com/usr/classicentertainmentautographs
Bill Ecker's Harmonie Autographs: http://stores.ebay.com/Harmonie-Autographs
I do sell some of my autographs on ebay. If you see something you like I would prefer you contact me here directly. I can be more flexible in my pricing to members here. And I will donate 10% to this site on each and every autograph I sell to a member here.
One final note, I welcome any comments on autographs I offer. If you have a question or concern feel free to contact me directly. I am still a work in progress!
100% positive feedback and ONLY sells PSA/DNA and/or JSA authenticated pieces.
EBAY ID NOHOTRADER aka NoHo Trader Film and Television Archives, and insured pursuant to new California Laws, and run by a man who vets everything using reliable sources and an entertainment lawyer / former producer / and top collector.
Most of his autographed items come from important archives, verifiable estates, and movie producers, writers etc. I don't think there's a seller on ebay who has a more DIRECT link to the items he sells. He sells on behalf of Hollywood and Music elite and people of historical significance only, but when the items are his own, they are insured and guaranteed for life. Mostly older autographs. Very few sharpie pieces. For example, many followed very closely his sale of Art D'Lugoff's Village Gate materials, incredible jazz and folk collection. And I believe he currently has on ebay items that belonged to Ed Wood personally.
In addition, I just spoke with him, and he looked over the list above, and confirmed at least 4 of those collectors/sellers to be semi-regular or regular buyers of his items, which also happen to be right down the middle of reasonable in most cases. A trusted source for sure. He also had opinions about which not to trust but asked I not publish.
I have had good luck with JG Autographs and LOA Autographs. Thanks for running this thread as it's so hard to find reliable dealers.
