Queen - Full Band Autographed Sheet -- Opinions please?

The seller says that this piece of paper was signed by all members of Queen sometime in the mid-80s. It looks a lot more convincing than any other thing I've seen, but before I decide to place any order, I just wanted to get an initial check from you guys.

Those are genuine. Fair price would be about $800 USD. It's not an album or poster (which would bump up the price). The item is fine
