Some of my music items, authenticated by PSA & JSA (Led Zep, Nirvana, PJ, PF)

Hi all,

when I was just starting to collect autographs (music only) I knew nothing about it, did some research and found out that JSA and PSA were the most important 3rd party authenticators. Nowadays I ask Roger Eppersons opinion but I didn't knew him back then. When I read some topics here I see not everyone accepts JSA and PSA as the best in the field, especially not for music items (not saying they are bad at all, I just don't know it, I also turn to Roger because he is specialized in music items only).

So when I bought these items I was sure they were genuine because of the PSA/JSA sticker.

What are your opinions on these?

Eddie Vedder signed single (PSA sticker)
Nirvana signed single (Krist, Dave and butch vig) (PSA quick opinion)
Roger Waters signed LP (JSA full letter)
John Paul Jones signed LP (PSA sticker)

Thx a lot for looking!

My friend one´s autographs - The Wall one is from 2011, 2nd one from 2013.... That completely missing "er" in Roger is getting highly suspicious to me as many items without it are appearing right now....

I feel both are real, but in regards to your ER thing, he was only doing that on the last tour, before, I have personally only gotten that maybe once in the previous 20 years.

I wasnt asking about authenticity - I KNOW these both are authentic as my friend obtained them in person. ;) I was just trying to point out the problem which I have seen. :)

authentic for sure.

Allright guys. I just did a quick opinion Roger Epperson for the Roger Waters and he thinks it's fine. Other members liked it too but I was puzzled by your posts, so I asked Roger.

As I already said, when I compare it myself to other genuine sigs I see lots of similarities. I really can't see how you can call this a 100% sure common fake.

I don't think the Waters is good either. I wouldn't buy it.

The Vedder is a super nice example though. I'd be all over that sig.
N. Steiger, Could you give the link from the thread and post where you root out this forger and proof this particular kind of signature is not genuine.
I'm gonna try to get my money back if i'm sure this is a forgery.
Thx for your answer.

If you go to the home page, there is a thread titled 'worst pink floyd forgery ever authenticated by PSA/DNA" or something like that in the right hand side. There is a segment in there were we specifically discuss the NY tour posters signed in gold. While I understand yours is not a tour poster it is from the same forger group and they are not limited to Poster, they do Bricks, Albums, Photo's etc.... How much did you pay for it and who is the seller.

What is your opinion of the Roger Waters signed items from eBay seller maccollectibles?

No good.

That would be a total of at least 24 bad Roger Waters signatures, some of which were submitted in groups of two or more, that got past both PSA/DNA and JSA.

Yeah they got fooled huge. I bet if they even use exemplars anymore, which I doubt that the exemplars they have are riddled with forgeries.

JSA just stickering everything these days. The competition for the chance to authenticate forgeries is heating up between JSA and GA.
