I've seen similar ones like this -- they often are called rhyming couplets rather then true "lyrics" so it is not from a particular song.  Bruce sometimes used these before writing the actual songs down on similar notebook paper. Sometimes he would take certain words or phrases and they made it into the songs.

Except for the word "powerglide" I don't see any similarities to "Born to Run"

An early draft of that song sold at Sotheby's last year for almost 200 grand!

oh I understand. Bob Dylan calls them vomit and did 20+ pages of vomit for like a rolling stone ( I have a page of it). But if you don't see any other springsteen  songs in there, then it is vomit for Born to Run ($200k rolling thru my eyes), right?
