This is an Upper Deck authenticated Ted ball, so I'm not worried about whether it's real or not. But want to get thoughts on the condition. Is this something you'd spend $350 on?ted%20ball.jpg

Just by posting this you have doubt in your mind already. The signature does not look very strong though out.Maybe due to the pen. 350 dollars is a lot of money and you could wait on a better ball. I have never been a big signed ball guy (though I still have about 20). I like signed pictures/photos better myself. Good luck!

Thanks Ian. That's what I needed. I'm going to pass. I've attached the Ted ball that I own.

Now that's only my opinion. However seeing the ball you already own I see no  reason to buy the second one!

I definitely only want to add quality Ted signatures. The one I have seems to be in great shape.

Thank you again my friend. Much appreciated.

in a heartbeat

Hey man. How have ya been? So you would buy the UD ball for $350?

not the fact that it is UDA, but the 406 inscription sets it apart from most, and I believe is worth the extra money.  but again, its just my opinion.

Yeah, it's tough. I'll keep an eye on it.

Condition wise, would you prefer the ball I own or the UDA .406 ball? If it's too tough to tell by just the two photos, I totally understand

I would take the UDA one with the 406 inscription.  its a no brainer, at least to me.

Absolutely!!!

I'm not really dissing the ball. I see a lotta nice Williams signed things on every ones favorite site Ebay for less than 350 (and authentic too).

NOT with the .406 inscription.  here is one on ebay now with the inscription, also UDA:
