the clash autographes

Hi. I've have a 7" single of the punkband "the clash" Its "White man in hammersmith palais". The single is from 1978, and is boldly signed by, Joe Strummer, Topper Headon, Mick Jones, and Paul Simonon. (See photo). Can anyone tell me if the signatures from the 70's, or is this single signed in the 80's. I know that signatures from the 70s and the 80s by the same band, has some differents. Thanks.

Forget about the Ripoffreport...it´s mostly made up stories from people trying to destroy others peoples reputation.

Rare and Signed sells tons of stuff that is not authentic in most experienced collectors eyes. You will find many discussions here about their inventoty and their authentication "skills". In my opinion they authenticate everything...as long as you pay for it.

Believe me...the more time you spend on learning about autographs, the sooner you will find out who to trust or not to trust...right now you are heading in the wrong direction...but it´s not too late :-)

For an honest certification is Necessary to send the material by mail and never by email (the requirement to assess the details from the original is unquestionable for the expert).
Pre-certification is usually email you an opinion because it is fast becomes necessary. But the details that the original has in this case can not be observed.

For most of the items an image via email is enough to quickly sort out the obvious fakes.

Rare and Signed COAs are banned from Ebay. Considering the insane thousands of forgeries sold on Ebay, you have to be insanely bad to actually get banned from there.
