I've been reading through the Mickey Mantle authenticity posts and figured I'd throw up a couple shots of one I've been watching.  I have my opinion on it, but I'd like to get the opinions of the experts.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Zack

It's textbook. Good for sure.

Thanks Corey! I was thinking the same thing, but like I said I always want to be sure before I pull the trigger.

Hi zack, it's looks off to me, but please get more opinions.

Looks good to me.

"Found" this about a month or so ago. Forgot I had it, I think I was gonna do a triple crown ball as Frank Robinson is on it also. Its a little "dirty" but if anyone is interested in it they can contact me 225 bucks. Obtained in person in the eighties is all I remember.

I knew I had this one. For comparison.Obtained in pers. Saw him at several autograph shows so I cant remember which exact ones I got my different graphs at. A.C. and National Pastime shows in N.Y.

Nice Mantles Ian.

the second one is a beauty, Ian.  Not a big fan of the first one.

Both were production line signings, the first one looked like he bumped something with the first M.

I'm not questioning the authenticity, it's just not the best example.  There are so many beautiful Mantle's out there, including the other one you posted.

You could add Yaz to it. That would make it more attractive!

I'm not convinced that adding a Yaz would make the Mantle in question more attractive. A good clean Mantle example should stand beautifully by itself.
