Van Morrison Signed Fillmore Poster - value?

Hi, I have this Van Morrison/Joe Cocker Fillmore poster that Van signed for me in the 90s. Not sure if the poster is a first edition (how to tell), but I think so. Anyone have any idea of the value?

Van Morrison is known to be uninterested in signing autographs. Without knowing if this is a first edition print, I would say an authentic Van signature on a reprinted poster could fetch around $350.00
