Community Conduct Rules: What should they be?

We need rules of conduct for Autograph Magazine Live. We're going to put them in place today.

What do you think they should be?

Pretty sure I'm not... since the band Samiam is pronounced like the Dr Seuss character, as well.

I'm new however I think racist remarks, profanity, demeaning comments, no grammar police(we all make mistakes) but like someone said some level of intelligence, and I would say either suspending someone for a few days or a week but allowing them 2 strikes and your out. And whatever you feel is necessary that people have been banned in the past for!
