in film i would have to say tommy lee jones or morgan freeman and as far as music anyone with the eagles at this point in time, also a lot of composers are tough to get for whatever reason, i just recently went down to try and get stephen sondheim iended up getting him once out of 8 tries, and i was the only one everytime, some of my friends that live in chicago tried for him and he just said no to them everytime

Great choice Robert, I have tried over and over to get Michael Nesmith from the Monkees, I have to agree with you that he is very tough.

Hi Stephen, I got John Deacon to sign through the mail a few years ago.. It took over 3 years to get a reply and he sent a signed and inscribed 10x8 b/w promo photo!

I would have to say that Michael Nesmith of the Monkees through the mail is hard to get and possibly in person but he will sign items bought through his website. That is how i got his was buying an item through his website.

Olivia has always been good about signing. She's resided in Europe for decades.

There are many very difficult signers in rock and roll and motion pictures, but even the very tough ones "still" sign. Who would you say is a big name but very reclusive, making obtaining his/her signature almost impossible?

Lets toss some names out:
MUSIC: John Deacon of Queen
MOTION PICTURES: Olivia DeHavilland
