I agree with Heath. Give the points to who ever it is regardless of which title they are contending for.

Alex I believe we should just score the people that aren't contending for a title as if they were. Say they did like Trevor and won but got no points....well we should go ahead and just say whoever picked that person should get 43 pts.

I think I remember them saying his points go twards his nationwide title since he wasnt racing in every cup race

By the way, after the Trevor Bayne win, he got ZERO points for the win (he is racing for the Nationwide title this year).  If we have another Bayne situation, what should we do with the scoring for that driver?  I would like to know what to do since I like to pick a road course ringer every now and then...
