Hello, I have an opportunity to purchase a large lot of autographed items, many of which are horror related (Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc.).  The seller claims that everything was signed in person, mostly at conventions, etc.  He also maintains that many of the horror related items are extremely rare and valuable.  My problem is that I am not a huge horror fan, so I have no idea of the value of these items.  I would greatly appreciate any and all input regarding the rarity, desirability and, if possible, approximate value of these items from those who are much more knowlegeable on this subject than I am.  I have some photos of these items if needed.
