Carl Dittmar PC League 001

I met Carl Dittmar in the late 80's when he lived in Leisure World, Laguna Hills. (Now Laguna Woods, Ca) He Played in the early Pacific Coast league. Eddie Malone, another PCL and White Sox Catcher introduced me to him.

He was a very kind man! When I visited him at his home in "Liesure World," I ask if he had a picture that he could autograph for me. He said he didn't have any pictures but said he would sign a piece of paper for me. The only thing lying around on a counter was a piece of heavy paper from a panty hose package his wife had and he asked if that would be OK? The rest is history as they say! Here is the autograph.
