Thoughts on Kurt Cobain Fecal Matter Demo J-Card

Hello, i'm new to the forums, but i've enjoyed reading all the posts. I have something that i'd like to get some feedback on.Kurt Cobain's Fecal Matter Demo tape J-Card.the 1st image (lighter one) is one that is easily found in a google search. The 2nd/3rd images are my copy of the tape/j-card, that pretty much matches the 1st image with more complete info on it.
