Why do you want to join Autograph Live?

I have an ancestors discharge from the American Army dated 1783 signed by George Washington and I'm trying to find a legitimate authenticator and get an apprasial of it. I took it to Pawn Stars and the person I talked to was not only rude but an idiot. The option seems to be Drew Max but he wants $1000+ and is he reputable? Pawn Stars told me to mail it to PSADNA.com , I don't think so.
