It RARELY works..you are tgaking a chance on permanently staining the photo... on freshly sighned items..rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab will remove inscriptions..others tell me use nail polish remover..havent tried that for inscriptions...

I dabble in pretty much everything that interests me. I'm more into sports autographs, but I am also a big collector of modern Hollywood as well.
