Hi Ray
We are habitat for humanity of south palm beach county fl--their building material thrift store called ReStore. We have built over 80 homes in the local area for those in need.
We have received some autographed pictures of opera singers, etc as a donation. The first one I looked up was a picture of Lauritz Melchior as Tristan autographed to a friend (Peter J. Wallenberg) in New York in 1954.
His autographed photos seem to be going quite well on ebay and other dealer sites on line. Can you give us some information on this as well as other photos--best ways to sell them, price them, authenticate them?
We can sell them through our ReStore (272 S. Dixie Hwy in Boca-561 274 4213- habitat_restore@hfhboca.org ) but will not probably realize a solid value from them.
