i purchased a Bob Dylan empire burlesque framed album from vintage 429 in New Orleans in2003 i paid 895.00 it came with COA i was assured it was authentic since then my friends said anyone can provide a COA and they said i may have gotten ripped off i would really love to know if its an authentic signature
