Is that Astronaut Autograph Authentic? Ask Scott Cornish

RR Auction is putting the finishing touches on our big Space Artifacts auction for January, and during that time I’ve been working closely with our Space autograph expert Scott Cornish.

The experience confirmed what I already knew … Scott is absolutely the person we want authenticating astronaut signatures.

Scott is extremely diligent in his reviews and conservative in his assessments. We pass on items—or reject them outright—based on his opinion, coupled with our own assessment. When an item is accepted and sold by us, you can rest assured that it has been scrutinized and then scrutinized again.

A 20-year Space autograph hobby veteran, Scott focuses only on authenticating Space autographs, and consistently goes above and beyond the call as he reviews every space-themed signature that comes through our door. His dedication to the hobby has enabled him to detect many forgeries—something that helps everyone. As most you of know, Scott also helped write the highly regarded "Neil Armstrong Signature Study" for the UACC in 2005.

I agree...Scott is "the man". this reminds me that I still have four boxes of Buzz Aldrin plaques we bought together about ten years ago.....what do they sell for now?
