Need Help Identifying autographs from 1937-1945

I recently was passed down an autograph collection from my grandmother.  There is about 230 autographs in the collection and almost all of them have the original letters that were sent and have the names typed on the return self addressed envelopes and they were easy to identify.  However, there were 16 autographs that were in the collection that I was unable to identify.

The other autographs are baseball players, opera singers, aviators, explorers, political firgures, and just about anyone famous between 1937 and 1940.  There are only a few from 1940 to 1945.  Any help indentifying any of these signatures would be great.  Thank You!!

So, I just moved into a new place. It's always fun when you do that, to go through all your autographs and admire the things you've acquired over the years.
